Hi, I’m Brooke
I’m a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy originally from Greenville, SC, now living and practicing full-time in Cornelius, NC. I’m passionate about movement—whether it’s running, weightlifting, biking, hiking, or simply spending time outdoors.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina and completed my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Wheeling University in Wheeling, WV.
After working in a traditional clinic setting, I saw the gap between rehab and long-term fitness. Patients often asked, “What’s next?” once insurance ended or therapy was complete. That question inspired me to create Ross Rehab and Performance—a space where clients can continue building strength, improving movement, and achieving their goals far beyond traditional rehab.
Over the years, I’ve treated a wide range of clients, including those with:
Pediatric developmental delays and milestone challenges (inpatient & outpatient)
Youth orthopedic injuries (growth plate injuries, post-surgical rehab, return-to-sport)
Sports-related injuries in teens and adults
Chronic pain and movement dysfunction
Balance impairments and neurological conditions
Women’s health needs, including postpartum rehabilitation and core restoration
Active individuals (runners, lifters, weekend warriors) looking to prevent injury and optimize performance
My Certifications Include:
Dry Needling (Mastering Dry Needling)
Running Gait Analysis
Pelvic Floor ICE Certification – Live (pending Level 2)
Manual Therapy Techniques
Cupping, Kinesio Taping, Body Mechanics
CPR/AED Certified (AHA)
With a strong foundation in exercise physiology, movement science, and a personal background in running (8 half marathons and 1 marathon), I combine clinical knowledge with lived experience to deliver care that’s both evidence-based and relatable.
My mission is not only to treat—you—but to educate and empower you. I want you to understand how to move your body well, stay strong, and live a long, healthy life with confidence.
